I’m a second-generation piano technician. Son of Kendell Jewkes, Piano Tuning & Repairs, AKA Jewkes Used Pianos I learned everything I could from my dad, then began an internship with the owner of Utah Pianos, Tom Zimmerman. Tom would have me tune all of his pianos twice, repair them, and regulate them until they played like new, so he could wholesale those pianos to bigger music stores. We delivered them weekly by truckload. I started my own sales and service business in 2020.

Been doing piano refinishing since I was a kid, working with my Dad who is a master Piano technician, while my Mother is an amazing artist. So I know what looks good vs what looks whack! I’m a bit of a perfectionist. Every piano I paint or refinish must look “perfect” because that’s how I’m wired & because I’ll most likely be using your piano project in my next advertising piece.
